​Log in Help

Password requirements
Passwords must contain:
  • At least 8 characters
  • 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number


Passwords cannot be the same as the username. Security questions may be required and allow you to change passwords without needing access to e-mail.

Username and password not working

Have you entered your username and password correctly?

Check that your password is being entered with the correct case (caps or no caps) and that there are no additional spaces at the beginning or end of the password.


Has your password expired?

First, try clearing your cache. If this does not resolve, check with your school/site administrator to ensure your account information is correct and that the site is active. If you are the site administrator and need help renewing your site, contact support.


Have you tried logging in multiple times and are now locked out?

You will need to reset your password.

Forgot username

User Retrieval

If you have an email address saved in your portfolio, your username can be emailed to you. Select Forgot your username or password to retrieve.


Site Administrator Retrieval

If you forgot your username and do not have an email associated with your account, the site administrator for your school/site can look up your username.

Reset Password Before Logging In
1. Select Forgot your username or password
2. Enter your current username
3. Provide answers to your security questions
4. Reset password

Note: After several unsuccessful attempts to answer the security questions, you will receive a prompt to contact technical support.

Reset Password After Logging In
To change your password when you are in the system:

1. Log in
2. Select your name in the top right corner
3. Select Account Settings
4. Enter new password
5. Select Save

Site Administrator Reset Password
If you cannot remember the answers to your security questions and need your password reset, contact your school/site administrator or a staff member. The site administrator can reset usernames and passwords in the Site Administration Tools.

1. Log in as admin or staff
2. Locate user portfolio under Portfolios & Groups
3. Select Reset Password and enter new password
4. Use Reset Security Questions to require user to enter new security questions/answers
5. Use Send Password to email user new password (requires email address in user portfolio)
Reset staff username and password

The school/site administrator can reset staff account usernames and passwords in the Site Administration Tools.


1. Log in as admin

2. Select Other Accounts

3. Select Reset Password for Staff Accounts or Edit to change username

4. Use Reset Security Questions to require staff to enter new security questions/answers

5. Use Send Password to email staff new password (requires email address in portfolio)

Reset site username and password

The site account is a site-wide log in that can be shared with users for their first log in. It prompts them to create their own portfolio. Site account usernames and passwords are provided to the site administrator at the time of site set up. If you would like to change your site username or password, contact support.

​AzCIS 360 Questions

Do I need a new account for 360?

You can use your existing username and password to access 360. If you typically use Clever to log in, you can use Clever in 360.

Can I access my saved items in 360?

Your favorite items (careers, clusters, programs of study, schools, and scholarships) automatically moved over to 360.


Your self-survey results will also be available, with the exception of Reality Check. Reality Check has been newly designed in 360 and the results will not transfer.

How do I access my portfolio after graduation?
​Before you graduate, add your personal email to your portfolio.

1. Log in

2. Select Your Name in the top corner

3. Select Account Settings

4. Change email address to a personal email that you will have access to after graduation

5. Select Save

Is 360 a separate license?
No, 360 is our standard site license.
Do school admin need to create new student and staff accounts in 360?
No, all existing portfolios can use their credentials to log in to 360.

​Technical Questions

Log in not working

"Login incorrect. Please try again"

Check that the user name and password have been entered correctly. Use the Log In Help FAQs above to troubleshoot.


"Your account has expired"

Your log in information or site is expired. Check with the school/site administrator to ensure your log in information is up-to-date and that the site is active. If you are the site administrator and need help renewing your site, contact support.


Username and password fields clear

This may be that the privacy setting of your internet browser isn't allowing cookies.

Incorrect 360 version (junior, high school, college, adult)

If you log in and see the incorrect version (junior, high school, college, adult), contact your school/site administrator. Site administrators should contact support to troubleshoot.

Chrome: If less than the latest browser version, visit Chrome to upgrade.

  • Select triple dot menu, select Settings
  • Note version number

Firefox: If less than the latest browser version, visit Firefox to upgrade.

  • Note version number

Safari: The latest Safari version is downloaded with macOS and iOS updates. Make sure you have the latest update on your device.

Clear browser cache
